When I was beginning my journey into starting a photography business, my husband and I learned about the empowering Ronnie Doss.
Ronnie has trained teams for over 10 years in the realm of human behavior and personal development. His understanding of why people think, feel, and behave gives him phenomenal insights into what may be holding an individual back. Ronnie believes the key to building successful organizations begins with building empowered individuals.
Over the past decade, Ronnie has led leadership training in countries around the world including Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands. Whether for Fortune 100 or Fortune 500 companies, top-universities, the US military, or non-profit organizations, his message rings very clear;
“We don’t get what we want, we get what we are committed to.”

As I've spent time with Ronnie and Jenn, I've come to find three things that have really made an impact on my life.
My level of self-love transfers to all other aspects of my life. Do you ever notice that when you feel really confident, things tend to go really well? It's probably because you're feeling a lot of self-love. When you feel the love, how can you not share??? I'm learning how to keep my self-love rolling to have more positivity in my life. How can you work to improve your self-love?
Emotions are the currency of connections. People will always remember how they feel with you. I've found that connections are all about others and less about ourselves. When I have focused more on others than myself, my connections are much more genuine and rewarding. How do you treat your connection moments?
We overestimate Herculean effort and underestimate complacency. Do you ever look at something and think, "I can't do that. It will require too much of me" and then proceed to sit on the couch and binge Netflix? I have found that when I give anything less than my 100%, I am very unfulfilled and dissatisfied. I then feel like I need to fill the hole that remains with other things. The funny thing is that I am never able to fill that hole unless I complete my tasks with my 100% effort because I know that I can do hard things.
I encourage you to check out what this amazing couple has to offer and the community they've built. This family is just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I am so grateful to come across such generous, genuine, and gracious individuals. I have been richly blessed through my association with them and I hope our friendship will continue for years to come!
